THE TIME TUNNEL (1966) TV series.
 They're actually using authentic ICBM tracking computers, USAF surplus.
These same computers were used in many TV/movie productions.

You could make gunpowder with these....seen it done in the 70s

 

1941 nice artwork here but it didn't last too long.

 Removed from shelves when they were exposed!

8mm variant:
I had to google "Claw Monsters" until I figured this out.
There is no such movie. The 8mm pictured is contains selections
from Panther Girl. Confusion solved.
