A nurse notices the "vampire" examining bottles in the fridge and she runs away screaming! 

What? He could have been a repairman for if all someone would know (in real life).

The nurse directs the orderly into the room and he immediately punches the villian.
Hey wait a minute. People just don't do that in real life!
During the fight watch the orderly deliberately pull down the racks for more "action" in the scene.
